Gracie Lundquist

I am a clinical mental health counselor who is passionate about working with children and their families. My approach is rooted in empathy and patience, as well as a deep understanding of child development and the ways in which our experiences can impact our emotional landscape. Driven by a love for children's boundless energy and incredible resilience, I strive to create an affirming, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and empowered to overcome their challenges. I am committed to supporting not only young clients but also their families, fostering a holistic approach to mental health and well-being.

My Approach

Understanding that every child is unique, I use a combination of attachment based therapy and trauma informed interventions to create a safe environment where young minds can flourish. My approach is grounded in the belief that every child has the capacity for resilience and growth when provided with the right tools and support. Sessions with me are designed to be engaging and interactive, using creative activities and play to make therapy enjoyable and effective. I believe in empowering children by involving them in their own treatment plans, helping them understand their emotions and associated physiological reactions, and equipping them with practical skills for daily life.
